We had the exact same experience as the last reviewer did. We signed a contract over 4 months ago with these guys, and never heard a single word from them. We had to call to make sure contract was received and they were unable to let us know when they would be out to perform the job. We have called 4 times since then with zero call backs. Our roof is still leaking and in need of repair it's been 4 months and we have no idea when they're going to be out here to do the job. I would recommend these guys to NO one!
Good Product, but forget about your warrantees, they will never respond or even give you a all back for leaks or repairs. Idiot for a Secretary!
